Sara Valentine (stage director, actor, educator) joins us from Maine and is half of the co-founding duo of Really Inventive Stuff (Peter and the Wolf). Sara is a Certified Antigym® Practitioner and the director of Centered Heart Collective, a collaborative space for holistic practices, classes and workshops. Drawing on her studies with the Roy Hart Voice Center, she will lead an exploratory vocal workshop, inviting you to stretch the limits of the human voice. Through embodied movement, imagination and play, participants will explore and rediscover a range of vocal possibilities. Feel free to bring any texts or lyrics you might be working on, but no preparation is required. Dress for movement; bare feet are encouraged.
