Warm up your voice and lift your spirits, CMAC’s Friday Voice Class is open to all!

This weekly class is for everyone- all levels, all styles, all ages. Whether you’re a total beginner, a confident belter, or just someone who loves to sing in the car, you’re welcome here. This week acclaimed CO Bluegrass fiddler & teaching artist, Ryan Drickey, leads a special class focusing on singing in harmony by ear, in the Bluegrass & folk traditions. Ryan leads the “Bluegrass Choir” sessions at Ghost Ranch Bluegrass Camp every summer and he will lead a version of that class with us! Please join us in welcoming Ryan back into the fold, this time leading us in song! And as a bonus, Ryan will stay on with us to play fiddle in the Barn Dance Band, harkening on the double-fiddle traditions of old time music,

No need to read music, just bring your voice and a willingness to explore. But if you have sheet music for a piece you’d like to work on, feel free to bring it along!
